Current Applications

The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on all land development and subdivision applications that are submitted to the Township. The Planning Commission plays an important role in developing the Township's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, as well as keeping the Subdivision and Land Development Codes up to date and in compliance with Pennsylvania's Municipalities Planning Code (MPC).

Please review current meeting agendas to determine when each application will be on the agenda for discussion and/or potential action. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Township regarding any of the these applications or the review process in general.
