Current Applications and Meeting Information 

The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on all land development and subdivision applications that are submitted to the Township. The Planning Commission plays an important role in developing the Township's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, as well as keeping the Subdivision and Land Development Codes up to date and in compliance with Pennsylvania's Municipalities Planning Code (MPC).

Subdivision and Land Development Application (SD 538)
416 and 418 S. Valley Forge Road

  Meeting Date
The Applicant proposes to adjust the internal lot line which separates 416 (Lot 2) and
418 (Lot 1) S. Valley Forge Road. The lot line adjustment will reduce the area of Lot 1
and increase the area of Lot 2 by 6,151 s.f. No construction is proposed for this application..

Meeting Date
The Applicant would like to operate a bakery restaurant in a space formerly occupied
by a fitness center.  It is a use permitted by Conditional Use.
