Current Applications 

The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on all land development and subdivision applications that are submitted to the Township. The Planning Commission plays an important role in developing the Township's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, as well as keeping the Subdivision and Land Development Codes up to date and in compliance with Pennsylvania's Municipalities Planning Code (MPC).

Planning Commission: July 6, 2016
The Applicant resubmitted application based off of feedback for the Planning Commission and Township Staff. After receiving the Township Zoning Officer's review memorandum on July 26, 2016, the Applicant requested that its revised Subdivision Plan not be placed on the Township Planning Commission's next meeting of August 2, 2016. The Applicant indicated its decision for this delay is to allow for the submission of a Zoning Hearing Board Application in response to Zoning Officer's review memorandum. No further details on the Applicant's intention are known at this time. Should the Applicant proceed with the Zoning Hearing Board Application, the public will be provided with the required notices as mandated by State law.
