The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on all land development and subdivision applications that are submitted to the Township. The Planning Commission plays an important role in development he Township's Comprehensive Land Use Plan (the "Comp Plan"), as well as keeping the Subdivison and Land Development Codes up to date and in compliance with Pennsylvania's Municipalities Planning Code (MPC).
Applications presented to the Planning Commission can be found on meeting agendas in the Agenda Center to determine when each application will be on the agenda for discussion and/or potential action. Meeting minutes will be available upon approval.
