Post-Holiday Recycling

Guide to Recycling after the Holidays

  • String Lights:  Recycle your unwanted, broken, or tangled string lights at the Township Building now through January 12th.
  • Live Trees:  Removing all decorations, and place it curbside at the next Yard Waste Collection on January 13th.
  • Bubble wrap, cellophane, air pillows and plastic bags can be recycled at the Township Building and the Library.  For more information about this ongoing program, visit the NexTrex Plastic Bag & Film Recycling page on the Township's Website.

Remember to flatten all your boxes, bundle them together, and place the bundle outside of the recycling cart.  Try and reserve the cart for any loose items like bottles or cans.  You may also put any extra loose items in a clear plastic bag next to the recycling cart.
