Office Closure

Administrative offices will be closed to in-person visits this coming Monday, January 26, 2026. Staff will be working remotely and are happy to take your calls and answer emails.

The Police Department will also be available at any time.

Public Works will be working around the clock plowing.

Snowstorm Protocol

With a snow emergency in effect from Sunday into Monday, we're kindly asking residents to remove vehicles from roadways by Saturday night — January 24th — so our Township plow trucks can do what they do best. If you have off-street parking, please help your neighbors and our first responders by using it. If you don't have off-street parking, do your best in any way you can, and by parking close to the edge of the road.

We'll continue to share updates on road conditions and any disclosures during and after the storm. And, as always, if you don't have to drive during the storm, do your best to stay off the roads until the storm passes and streets are plowed.

Trash & Recycling Collection

Whitetail has postponed collection for Monday (01/26/2026). Collection is tentatively scheduled for TUESDAY (01/27/2026), and staff will reevaluate that capability on Monday.

We ask that you keep any and all cans/carts out of the roadway until Monday night — at the earliest — as any can/cart in the road is likely to get plowed off the road and be a detriment to plowing efforts.

Whitetail will also post information on the Trash & Recycling website as it becomes available.
